I was thinking about our project in common and I realized we need to find some free time to talk about it because the deadline, which was initially set for March 21st, is getting closer and closer and we should start planning things ASAP so we don't miss out anything.

I thought the project wasn't due until May! I have done my part of the project but we need to talk about the jointly part. Can I call you to specify a day?

Hi Andrea,

Sorry you're right, I wasn't paying attention and I think I mixed different deadlines. The actual deadline is May 20th so we'd have to finish everything at least 1 week before our deadline. Have you contacted our potential clients yet? If not I'm free mostly in the evenings so you could call me anytime around 5 p.m and we could work on that, what do you think?

I've contact over 50 of our potential clients yet but we could contact over 100 clients more. I'll phone you at 5 p.m. to work about the project.
