Dear Robert,
First of all thank you for being part of the company, and for that reason, we’re organising a
gratitude dinner with all the employees. I was wondering if you would be available to come.
We’re planning to go out on Friday 1st October at 9 p.m. We’ve booked the Riff restaurant
and we’re meeting there. To know the number of diners, I need confirmation for your
attendance.
I also provide you the menu so that you know it and you can inform me if there are any
dietary requirements.
I’m waiting for your confirmation this week.
Kind regards.
George.

"First of all thank you for being part of the company, and for that reason, we’re organising a gratitude dinner with all the employees." In this sentence I wouldn't use the and because I do not see it necessary
"We’ve booked the Riff restaurant and we’re meeting there."
In this sentence I would have written "We’ve booked at the Riff restaurant and we’re meeting there." Because without the "at" it seems that you have booked the whole restaurant.
"I also provide you the menu so that you know it and you can inform me if there are any
dietary requirements." In this sentence i would write "I also provide you the menu so that you know it and you can inform me if you have are any dietary requirements."
